SintesiMinerva is a social enterprise committed to designing and managing healthcare and social services for individuals, institutions, and local organizations. Deeply embedded in the Tuscan region, the company develops projects aimed and improving the well-being of the communities. Most projects are developed collaborating with local institutions and associations.

History and Foundation

SintesiMinerva was established through the merger of two social enterprises: Sintesi, which focused on the employment of disadvantaged individuals, and Minerva, which provided services for the elderly and operated within the social and healthcare sectors. In 2021, these two entities combined their strengths to form a new cooperative.

Standards and Certifications

SintesiMinerva adheres to the highest standards of safety, gender equality, inclusion, legality, and sustainability. This commitment is reflected in over ten certifications from independent auditors. In 2023, the company achieved a revenue of around 16 million Euros, with a profit of 607,000 Euros entirely earmarked for reinvestment. SintesiMinerva also expanded its workforce by hiring 146 new employees, bringing the total number of staff to over 600.
